Lay Servant Ministry Basic Course for Youth

Saturday, October 24 – 9:00am until 5:00pm – Smyrna UMC, Robbins
All youth, parents, and youth counselors are invited to attend Lay Servant Ministry (LSM) Training for Youth on Saturday, October 24 (9:00am until 5:00pm) at Smyrna UMC, Robbins, NC. This is an opportunity for young persons, and their adult mentors, to be equipped as leaders in their local church. Rev. Ray Gooch will be leading this engaging time of learning and conversation.
In keeping with Safe Sanctuaries, there must be one church-designated adult for every six youth attending this training. In addition, the responsible adult must bring his or her church’s medical release forms and emergency contact information for their participants.
