Advent is the beginning of the Christian year. What a wonderful time to identify a local mission opportunity! Contact and visit a local public school in your community and seek the guidance of the administration in tangible ways your local church might PARTNER with the school to help impact K-3 literacy rates, provide basic needs, and/or to encourage community support for the school. This is a time of new beginnings!
Share your ADVENTure with Fairway District C4C Coordinator Elaine Lilliston (firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-567-9427) to be shared in a future edition of our district newsletter and/or to be included as a resource on our district C4C web page.
